Tecnoconverting has started the construction of the tertiary clarifier in one of the most important waste water plants in Madrid. The reach of this work consists on the construction, supply and the installation of three lamellar clarifiers, with its understructure, anti floating system, and the corresponding DEWA rectangular bottom scrapers for the sludge remotion.
As always, in TecnoConverting Engineering we consider an understructure able to bear a load of 50% of sludge accumulated in the lamellas, which ensures the total security of the installation without any collapse danger.
In this project we have trust on the DEWA technology, a Finnish company specialized on rectangular chain scrapers. DEWA is the number one on scrapers installations in Europe and Asia due to its higher product quality at the best price.
TecnoConverting Engineering has the exclusive representation for the DEWA chain scrapers in Spain and Portugal.
With this collaboration, we can offer integral service in settling, from the engineering design to the installation of all equipments, always carried out by the own company staff. TecnoConverting Engineering is the only Spanish company in lamellar settling that does not subcontract to third parties the assembly of its equipment in order to ensure the correct installation and operation of the plant.
